You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to download and use the Digital Product.


You may not:

 

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or gift the file

  • Upload it to public platforms

  • Claim it as your own work

 


Violations may result in licence revocation and legal action.

 

 

 

2. Instant Delivery

 


The Digital Product is delivered instantly via:

 

  • Checkout download button (where available)

  • Email download link

3. Refunds

 


Refunds are offered in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Digital content is non-refundable once downloaded unless covered by the 30-day guarantee.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Shop Pay.

 

 

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 


PhenomIQ is not responsible for:

 

  • Any losses from misuse of the Digital Product

  • Job outcomes or hiring decisions

  • Technical issues caused by customer devices

 


The Digital Product is provided “as is” for educational use.

All content, branding, images, and written materials are owned by PhenomIQ.


Copying, reproducing, or distributing them is strictly prohibited.
